Where do you go for advice?
I Google it up.
What inspires you to blog?
Judging by my lack of blog posts...not a lot.
Are there any podcasts that you never miss an episode of?

YES! I never miss an episode of "How Much Do We Love".
Sara and Rob are a hoot and totally addictive. Right now they are having a summer cocktail contest.
Tell us a true story that proves it really is a small world after all.

Not too terribly long ago, I was interviewing someone for a job at my company in California and discovered she knew my fiance (screw it, I hate that word. HUSBAND), because he dated a friend of hers, while living in Boston, that she went to high school with in Atlanta.
Have you ever had a dream that came true?
Submitted by rescout.
I've had tons of dreams that came true, but the first one that comes to mind was a dream I had about a year and a half ago. I had just broken up with a boyfriend and was feeling all sorry for myself and I told myself to dream of "the man I would spend my life with". I was feeling ridiculous and thought a game of nocturnal "Mystery Date" would at least be entertaining. When I woke up, I realized I had a dream about a friend of mine meeting me at my office for a project I was working on. That wouldn't be that strange except that he lived in Boston and I'm in the Bay Area and neither of us had any plans for being in the same place. Lo and behold, he got new job in my area a month or two later.
Our wedding is in three months.
What are you going to do with your tax return?

This is a goodie.... We're getting married in August and decided to have our ceremony at home, so the loot is mostly going towards some fancy shmancy new kitchen appliances so we can celebrate in style. woohoo!
We had a great time mapping Wednesday night. I know I'm a bit of a restless neurotic multitasker, but I do wish that more social events were centered around making stuff and working on projects. I was really inspired by all the creative action around me.
A few people just came by to hang out for a while and see some of the new toys we've been working on, but most people came to get busy on some mapping projects. Di-Ann started working on her map zine. Reverend Phil and Sergio ( zoobomb, Freegeek) worked on a Place list for a bike map, but they haven't mapped the Places yet. Our downstairs neighbors from the French bakery Nuvrei mapped the Places that sell their exquisite goods. Tracy (aka me), Chrissy, and Aaron recruited Bce (Brian from Janrain) to help do research for an elections map. Brian also has a cool Cyclocross Map on Platial and on his website. The elections map will be up and visible early next week (I hope).
Scootdown(aka Benjamin Satterfield), who just happened to be in town, started mapping Richard Neutra buildings He's part of the team that made Blogabond
Jason was the most impressive in the one-night map project. It took him until about 2 AM, but he managed to completely finish Platial's first Choose Your own Adventure Map
